Nike’s expanding portfolio of CMFT Air Jordan 1s includes the latest Jordan 1 CMFT Psychic Blue that dropped on June 21st.

These shoes feature a “Psychic Blue” subtle shade on the underlays contrasted by black lateral Swooshes with added textures. Overlays, on the other hand, feature Sesame leather with matching laces.

Textured tongues and exposed collar foams add a unique touch while white midsoles and outsoles finish off the design.

Though this silhouette is on the rise in terms of popularity, the CMFT Air Jordans still have a way to go. The average selling price per pair is $210 which is a $60 gross profit per pair.

As a collaboration with Nike’s signature skateboarding athlete Ishod Wair and Porsche 911 enthusiast Magnus Walker, this SB Dunk High was highly anticipated.

Uppers feature yellowed and cracked leather, giving off a vintage feel. Perhaps a nod at the vintage Porsches in Walker’s garage.

Hints at the Porsche 911 277 appear on the heel with “277” text. Similarly, hued uppers are also reminiscent of the vehicle with university red toe boxes, blue lateral Swooshes, and mismatched laces.

Sail midsoles and multi-colored outsoles finish off the design.

As we expected, these sneakers are reselling for around $450 on the mark. That’s a very decent gross profit of over $300 per pair!

This Nike Dunk Low dropped as part of the 2021 “Animal Pack” in 2 colorways. While they released in the EU on June 5th, the Dunk Low Zebra saw a stateside release on June 22nd.

The uppers feature a combination of leather and suede. Black suede covers the overlays on the scuff guards, eye stays, and heel overlays. Meanwhile, anthracite leather appears on the toe boxes and side panels.

Contrasting white Swooshes, white midsoles, and outsoles finish off the design.

On StockX, the average selling price has dropped slightly since the US release to $190 per pair. However, they’ve even been sold for as high as $440!

Nike Dunk Low PRM Giraffe

Releasing alongside the Zebra colorway, the Nike Dunk Low Giraffe features beach leather underlays and “Giraffe”-patterned suede overlays that appear on the toes, eye stays, and heel overlays.

Baroque Brown covers the lateral leather Swooshes and interiors. Meanwhile, white midsoles and dark brown outsoles finish off the look.

On the reseller’s websites, these kicks are selling for average prices of $250 which is a decent $130 gross profit.

The Adidas Yeezy 350 V2 Mono Cinder released alongside the Mono Pack that reimagined the 350 V2 lineups.

The usual prime knit upper is swapped out for mesh materials and side tonal stripes with perforations that reveal caging underneath. Black laces and anthracite heel pulls blend right in while black Boost encapsulated midsoles and outsoles finish off the design.

This refreshed look was an exciting addition that is reflected in its resale value. The Mono Cinder is currently reselling for average prices of $350 while they’ve even been sold for as high as $650 per pair.

Air Jordan 1 Low OG Neutral Grey

Inspired by one of the OG Air Jordan 1 colorways, the Air Jordan 1 Low Neutral Grey released on June 24th and sold out instantly.

Uppers feature crisp white leather while side panels don Neutral grey lateral Swooshes and on the heel tabs with embroidered Jordan Wings logos. Tongues feature additional branding in the titular hues while white midsoles and Neutral Grey outsoles finish off the design.

On the secondary markets, these sneakers are reselling for average prices of around $190 which is a $60 gross profit per pair. While they have been sold for prices as high as $900, we were expecting slightly higher average prices.

Nike Dunk Low University Blue

  • Retail Price: $100
  • Average Resell: $280
  • Release Date: Thursday, June 24th, 2021
  • Colorway: White/University Blue

This colorway is inspired by the North Carolina Tarheels’ signature colors. This UNC colorway has been implemented on various Nike sneakers and now, it’s worn proudly by this Nike Dunk Low.

Uppers feature leather construction with University Blue overlays and crisp white underlays. Tongues feature blue Nike branding while heel tabs don additional embroidered Nike branding.

Clean white midsoles and blue outsoles finish off the design.

On reseller’s websites, these sneakers are reselling for average prices of around $280 per pair! That’s a respectable $180 profit per pair.

Nike Dunk High Crimson Tint (W)

  • Average Resell: $160
  • Release Date: Saturday, June 26th, 2021

The final Nike Dunk on this week’s list is the Nike Dunk High Crimson Tint that wears pastel color tones for a feminine vibe.

Sail shades cover the underlays while “Crimson Tint” hues cover the overlays including the lateral side Swooshes and the collar overlays.

White midsoles and Crimson Tint outsoles finish off the design.

On the secondary market, the average selling price is $160 which is a $50 gross profit. That’s a bit lower than what we were expecting but women’s exclusive Dunk Highs in dull color tones aren’t particularly hyped at the moment.

Adidas Yeezy 450 Dark Slate

  • Retail Price: $200
  • Average Resell: $400
  • Release Date: Friday, June 25th, 2021
  • Colorway: Dark Slate

Yeezy Mafia

As pretty much the athetesis of the Cloud White colorway, this 450 features a predominantly black mesh upper that shrouds most of the real estate ranging from toes to the side panels. Against starlight, the Prime knit protrudes a dark brown hue, separating itself from the jet black caging underfoot.

Underfoot, the midsoles and outsoles feature a single material that acts as tooth-like caging on the upper. Although lacking Boost technology, reviews deem these kicks as ultra-comfortable.

Thick black laces and ankle sock collars finish off the look.

The average selling price is just shy of $400 which is just as we predicted. That’s a gross profit of $200 per pair!

With that, we finish off our list but stay tuned for a lot more to come!
