Air Jordan 1 High Zoom “Rage Green” – Release and Resale Guide
Hey guys, what’s up? I hope everyone is having a tremendous day. Maybe UN-DS that one pair shoes you’ve been staring at for a while and bring those older J’s out again for a walk before they crumble. Just yesterday I was rocking my Nike Air Max 95 “Animal” from 2006. I was worried with every the air bubbles might pop!
Anyways, today I’ll be bringing you up to speed on the updated AJ 1. The Nike Air Jordan 1 Zoom High in “Rage Green” will be coming to you on Saturday June 20th for $175.
Also must address this, it’s an odd time in sneakers right now! Out of so many articles myself and others have written recently, we’re getting a lot of delays and rescheduled releases. Bear with us as we update all of our info when we can. Appreciate the support.

A Closer Look
After first introducing Zoom Air technology to the Air Jordan 1 silhouette back in December, as well as debuting a “Racer Blue” colorway in March, Jordan Brand will be adding to its lineup with an all-new Black/Green colorway. Dubbed the Air Jordan 1 High Zoom Rage Green, our first look at the shoe shows that this Air Jordan 1 High Zoom comes dressed in a Fir, Black, Tomatillo, and Rage Green color scheme.
Without a doubt the boldest offering the model yet, this pair dons Green hairy suede on the toe and side panel with Black smooth leather overlays. Other details include the Green liner, iridescent Swooshes, the Zoom tag on the lateral side, White midsole and icy translucent outsole.
Take a look for yourself at the official images and see if they’ll be a good look for you. Loving those 3M hits.
The Zoom Revelation
As some of us know, the Jordan 1 has been around since 1985. And for the most part, it’s been using similar materials the entire time. It’s a timeless sneaker and always in our rotations. You’d hard pressed to find someone without a pair of 1s. With so many colorways and stylings, they’re incredibly versatile and will garner respect from anyone into shoes.
The one caveat we’ve all been aware of is they’re comfort. Being a flat bottom shoe with only a rubber sole, you can’t wear them all day without your feet hurting. Compared to the sneaker market now with advanced cushioning, these could be considerable straight up uncomfortable.
It took until recent but Nike and Jordan Brand have fixed the problem. A full length Zoom unit has been added to the sole for the consumer’s comfort. For what I’ve read and seen from reviewers, it’s an instant sensation.
So far we’ve seen only two colorways to release thus far. These are the Fearless and Racer Blue colorways.
By the way is anyone else getting 2007 “Brut” Dunk vibes from these? Pictured below.
Resale Anticipation
I was stoked to write this post for you guys. Of recent, there hasn’t been many sneakers I covered that have been a slam dunk for reselling until now.
I mentioned the first two colorwyas to release of the Jordan 1 Zoom. The Fearless was a dud. The Racer Blue seemed to be more popular. The Rage Green is objectively the hottest iteration to come out. I can’t wait for release day.
While we’re seeing early pairs selling for an average $355 and topping out over $460, I’ll be conservative and put these at around a $250 reselling opportunity. There could be room for an even bigger pay out.
