This Air Jordan 1 released in December of 2020 and was fairly hyped because of its elegant new colorway. An “Orewood Brown” and off-white leather upper covered most of the sneaker while black hits provide contrast.

Black padding covers the collars and interior lining as well as the lateral Swooshes, and laces. Perforations on the toe box provide ventilation while an off-white midsole and “Orewood Brown” outsole completes the look.

The average selling price on StockX is a decent $255 which is an average gross profit of almost $100. The “Canyon Rust” will also likely be profitable, however, likely not as much.

This Air Jordan 1 Zoom starts off with an exposed collar with Sail padding which distinguishes the model from the regular Air Jordan 1. Brown tongues with pink “Nike” branding coupled with a dark brown toe box provides contrast.

Black laces match the tongues above while inside, a red insole is covered by grey footbeds with Jump-Man branding.

Pink suede side panels contrasted by white lateral swooshes add a touch of femininity while light pink leather toes and eye stays mix up the look. A Sail midsole and outsole complete the look.

Estimated Resell value

We’ve seen women’s exclusive Air Jordan 1s do well in the past and I believe that these will sell out as well. You can probably also expect some good profits on the larger sizes.

Using my estimated resell value of $200, expect gross profits of around $60 per pair.
