Air Jordan 3 SE “Fire Red Denim” – Release and Resale Guide

A Detailed Look
Jordan Brand is set to release another Air Jordan 3 this fall as the silhouette continues to dominate the sneaker game. The Air Jordan 3, while widely-praised for its original assortment such as its “Black Cement” and “True Blue” colorways, is entering the second of half of 2020 with a new mindset predicated on this idea of modernization. The highlights on these Jordan 3s are mainly expressed in two areas. The first being the traditional elephant print overlays which have be reworked with special denim textures, while the second is through the heels which have been reimagined with a new branding update that stacks the Jumpman and Nike Air logos on top of one another against its translucent mold. In terms of the rest of its design, its tumbled white leather bases, red ankle collars, and black midsoles recall similar elements to the silhouette’s OG “Fire Red” option. Worth noting, the model also arrives in special, denim elephant-print packaging. Take a look at the pair below, and see if they’re something you’d like to have on feet.3’s Please
The instantly recognizable Jumpman silhouette made its debut during Michael Jordan’s 1987-88 NBA season. Legendary designer Tinker Hatfield re-introduced Jordan’s signature line with the first mid-cut basketball sneaker. The Jordan 3 has established itself as a sneaker that could be worn proudly both on and off the hardwood. As mentioned above, the second half of 2020 has and is planning on being blessed with a handful of Air Jordan 3’s. I wrote about the Air Jordan 3 WMNS “Laser Orange” coming out only a week before the Fire Reds! In the future, look out for a couple heaters on the horizon. In October, we’ll be graced with the Varsity Royals. Conclusion and Resale Anticipation
First and foremost I think it’s important to acknowledge the ideation to coat a Jordan 3 in denim. We’ve seen it on various Air Maxes and the Levi’s 4’s but for a general release like this, it’s a fantastic touch. I’m just curious to see how it’s going to fade like raw denim. The execution of the heel tab having the Nike Air printed underneath an embossed Jumpman logo is another gem we haven’t seen before. For the resale value of this shoe, I don’t think it will be as high as anticipated earlier when Jordan dropped their fall lineup of sneakers. Right now we’re seeing the most recent bunch of early sales in the $230 to $240 range. After fees that’s not putting you much over breaking even! If you plan on going after these I would suggest selling somewhere to avoid fees or put in a highball ask to see if anyone bites. Outside of that short period following release, your best bet is to hold for a later day when they inevitably increase.Release Info/Where to Buy
