Titan X Nike Lebron 17 Low Agimat Release and Resale Guide

Today the sneaker we will be taking a look at is the Titan X Nike Lebron 17 Low.

Dressed in a University Red and Metallic Gold color scheme. This Nike LeBron 17 Low is flooded in Red and features an all-over graphic on the upper emblazoned with logos and symbols that represent moments in Titan’s 10-year history.
The tongue has a special crest that features a globe mounted on James’ iconic crown logo, Titan’s lightning bolt logo, and the words “Para Sa Kadakilaan,” which translates to “Strive For Greatness.”
“LeBron has always had a deep connection with Filipinos, as we all share his unique love for the game,” says Nikko Ramos, Titan’s Brand Connections Director. “This shoe’s design and storytelling is a true testament to the partnership.”
In order to get a better feel for the resell market value and the demand on this sneaker, we will be discussing some other Lebron 17 lows!
First up, the Nike Lebron 17 Low Lakers.
True to the home team, this Nike LeBron 17 Low is styled in the iconic scheme of the Los Angeles Lakers—more specifically, the team’s alternate “Sunday White” uniforms they typically don for the Sunday matinee.
Features include a perforated upper, outline Swoosh branding, purple and gold accents, and ‘LeBron James’ printed on the insoles in Lakers font.
One thing you should note about basketball sneakers and reselling is that the two don’t always go hand in hand. Usually, sneakers by Lebron or Durant are released in large quantities because the goal is for as many kids/young adults to be wearing them as possible.
This tends to mean that those who want the shoe can purchase easily and don’t end up paying more.
This Lakers colorway is obviously a recent colorway and one that will probably gain some value in the coming weeks as the NBA season continues in Orlando.
Until then, however, we are left with some pretty grim resell numbers. With just 36 sales on StockX, the average sale price is $157, not very good when compared to the $170 retail price on the sneakers.
Next up, the Lebron 17 Low Glow in the Dark.
Featuring a white mesh upper, this Nike LeBron 17 Low call for black detailing across the lacing system, Nike Swoosh, and the tongue and heel branding.
Perforated leather then overlays the side paneling, ankle, and toes which features glow in the dark capabilities.
A gradient pastel midsole of green, blue and purple then adds a nice colorful touch while the rubber outsole also glows in the dark.
If glowing in the dark is not flashy enough for you, a reflective 3M stripe is added in for extra flair.
Similar to the last pair, the glow in the dark aspect did not add much to the resell value. With a measly 2 sales on StockX, this sneaker has racked up a -9.1% price premium, putting any reseller in the negative.
Finally, the Lebron 17 Red Carpet.
Although this sneaker isn’t a Lebron 17 low, the colorway is very similar and should show some similar trends.
Nike Basketball looks to the red carpets of Hollywood for the Lebron 17 Red Carpet.
In 2009, Nike released a variation of the Lebron 7 named the Red Carpet. Nobody thought that this release would foreshadow Lebron’s career move to the Lakers a decade later.
This Lebron 17 featured a flooded red woman upper with mid and outsoles to match. A red metallic Swoosh and Lion figure perforated tongue complete the design.
These sneakers released in November of 2017 and retailed for $200.
And this sneaker, despite the higher retail, turned out just like the previous two in terms of reselling.
With 128 sales on StockX, the average resale price is $168, leaving a reseller with an average of -$32 profit.
Overall, the Lebron 17 model as a whole hasn’t provided much resell value.
This is consistent with what I said before about basketball sneakers. They are released with the intention of allowing every person who wants a pair to buy a pair.
With almost every Lebron 17 Low reselling for negative profit, and the Lebron 17 Red Carpet also reselling for low, I have no reason to believe that this pair will be any different.
Despite the NBA season restarting and Lebron playing like he’s 22, he can only do so much to increase the resell value on a sneaker that has such high stock.
