On November 11th. Nike will be releasing the Nike Kyrie 6 Preheat Collection. Each pair will be sporting a retail price of $130. The collection features 11 different colorways based upon 11 different cities. In this article, you will be reading the number 11 a lot and it’s because of Kyrie Irving’s affection for the number. Significance of 11 for Kyrie Irving
So what’s Kyrie’s obsession with the number 11? Well, it all starts with his dad who wore #11 during his basketball career. Then Kyrie also wore it in high school and does it now with his NBA team. On a more spiritual side of things, the number acts as a metaphor for balance and harmony (1+1), and apparently, this resonates with Kyrie.
What’s more, is that “K” is the eleventh letter of the alphabet, the name “Kyrie Irving” has 11 letters, Kyrie played 11 games at Duke University and was drafted round 1, pick 1 in the 2011 NBA draft and surpassed the 11,000 point mark on March 11.
Whew! That’s a whole lot of number 11s. The Kyrie 6 Preheat collection includes 11 of the cities with special meaning to Kyrie – these include Beijing, Berling, Guangzhou, Houston, Los Angeles, Manila, Miami, NYC, Shanghai, Taipei, and Tokyo.

There’s a whole lot that is going on with this sneaker that I can’t even put into words. All I know it that “Taipei” is filled with vivid colors that is bound to grab the attention of the reader. The sneaker during the last few months was being resold for almost $700 per sneaker but since then the markets have stabilized and now we’re looking at resale prices in the region of $330-$350.

The Tokyo colorway features a shocking pink upper with a blue accented Nike Swoosh on the graffiti panels. The sneaker has a very volatile resale price and you can sometimes cop it for almost $200 but sometimes it can go as up as $500 per sneaker. However, the average still lies somewhere between $350-$380.
