Nike x Sacai Vaporwaffle Dark Iris – Release and Resale Guide
Hello and welcome to Six Figure Sneakerhead. With that said, let’s talk sneakers. Sacai and they̵7;re exclusive Nike sneaker, the Vaporwaffle, is making a return. The “Dark Iris” colorway of the Vaporwaffle is slated to release on Thursday April 29th. The shoes are expected to release on the Nike SNKRS app for $180.

Second Wave of Vaporwaffle
Maintaining the similar style construction using layers last seen during the Holiday 2020 season, the upcoming Sacai project pairs the purple tones with “Campfire Fire” and rich navy hues. Stacked co-branding appears on the tongue, insole and heel, just as it did on the popular LD Waffle.
Underfoot, waffle-pattern tread indulges in a standard black makeup, while the robust midsole maintains a white and slightly-yellowed aesthetic, giving a nod to the original Waffle Racer from 1972.

Conclusion and Resale Anticipation
I won’t say much about these because the name and photos speak for themselves. We’ve had a hiatus from the last Sacai release so all the hype will be surrounding this Vaporwaffle. Also available in Sesame Blue.
While I don’t have experience in having either of them on foot, I just have to deduce that the Vaporwaffle is an even smoother ride than the LD Waffle and I like that. I truly believe they have as much hype and staying power as any previous Sacai sneaker as well.
