resell-shoes-how-to-make-money-high-value200" height="800" />It’s been long sneakerheads but I’m finally back with news of a hot new Yeezy release! By the time you’re reading this hopefully you’ve already read our 2020 best march releases article and made a decent profit.

2020 is shaping up to be quite the year for sneaker enthusiasts and even better to start a sneaker resale business.

The release of the new Adidas Yeezy Boost 380 (reflective) just made it even better!

For those in a hurry, skip to the conclusion.

Let’s take a look at some similar models to assess how the “Mist” might do on the resale market.

Adidas Yeezy Boost 380Adidas Yeezy Boost 380 Alien

Retail Price: $230

Peak Resell: $1320

Release Date: 12/12/2019

Colorway: Alien

On 16th November 2019, Kanye launched a brand new model called the “Alien”. It includes a brand new prime knit pattern on the upper.

The boost mid-sole is thicker, a personal favorite tweak of mine. They also chose to go without the lateral side stripes. Interesting choice! On the other hand, in my opinion they could have gone without the “sock” collar.

Moreover, the mid-sole has two different color tones that arch all the way up. On the bottom, an alien like design for traction. Overall, it’s quite a strange design, thus the fitting name “alien”.

These however do not glow in the dark, unlike the 380 “Mist” Reflective. The Mist is a continuation which shows that the new model has something going for it.

The demand must have been decent for there to be new releases. This also shows how Kanye West is willing to come up with new designs and keeping it fresh!

Coming to its resale value, not too shabby! The peak resell as mentioned above is a staggering $1320 which may have gotten you a potential $1090 in profit.

The trade range is between $397-$453 and the average price is 453$ according to StockX.

Adidas Yeezy Boost 700 V3 “Azael”Adidas Yeezy Boost 700 V3 Azael

Retail Price: $200

Peak Resell: $1250

Release Date: 12/23/2019

Colorway: Azael

Adidas released the V3 700 as a complete reconstruction from the V1 and V2. They launched exclusively in Europe and North America for $200 retail. The pair features a reflective finish similar to the 380 Reflective.

It’s made up of a monofilament upper and fairly sturdy overlays. They also are quite snug and feature a glow in the dark tongue which look pretty nice.

Finally, the rubber out-sole is slightly improved with this model with more traction.

The resale of these have also been very impressive. You may have made a hefty $1050 in pure profits if you had sold these at their peak resale values.

The trade range according to StockX is between $471-$709, the average price being $510. That’s a 195% price premium, pretty neat!

Adidas Yeezy Boost 700 V3 “Alvah”Adidas Yeezy boost V3 Alvah

Retail Price: $200

Peak resell: $1250

Release Date: 02/15/2020

Colorway: Alvah

Possibly the most sophisticated in the entire 700 line, this pair is a fashion statement. The Alvah is a completely black version of the Azael, designed to resemble a fighter jet.

It features a full mesh base which is overlaid by a RPU cage for support. EVA cushioning is also present in a yellowish tone.

The resale value of these is just as impressive as the Azael. A $1050 profit may have been made if you had sold these during their peak resell values. The trade range is between $1125-$1375 with a price premium of 525%!

Adidas Yeezy Boost 380 Mist (Reflective)/Closer lookAdidas Yeezy Boost 380 Mist RF 1

Retail Price: $250

Peak Resell: $650

Release Date: 02/29/2020

Colorway: Mist

Originally thought to be releasing in march, these shoes made a surprise entry on the 29th of Feb.

There will be 2 versions of this model. The reflective and then the non-reflective which is dropping on the 25th of march.

The 2 versions however, slightly differ in the pattern. The upper has a tan and camo like pattern that shows a 3M reflective finish throughout the model when exposed to bright lights.Adidas Yeezy Boost 380 Mist RF 3

The shoe also features a thicker mid-sole (boost) for added comfort and support. And don’t worry, it also has decent elevation for all those hoping for a few extra inches.

To finish off the design, the shoe includes a rubber out-sole with the “Boost” logo. I’d say it’s superior to the 350’s due to the traction and comfort and similar to the 700s.Adidas Yeezy Boost 380 Mist RF 2

How to cop

The shoe dropped as a shock drop on the 29th of February on Yeezy Supply for a retail of $250. This may have been your only shot at copping one as they are sold out already.

You can now get your hands on these on websites such as StockX and through other resellers. If you were lucky enough to get your hands on these, you may have scored a nice profit!

However, if you missed the shock drop don’t worry. The non- Reflective version drops next month so stay tuned and sign up to our email for updates on the hottest new releases.

Resale Value/Hold or Sell

The Yeezy Boost 380 mist “Reflective” is possibly the better of the two versions. Their resale may reflect that in the future as history shows, the reflective versions often do better.

According to StockX the peak resale has been $650 and the cheapest being sold for $399. That’s a good amount of profit to be made, the average resale being $480.

Definitely the most profitable release of the weekend. However, be sure to go for the sizes 8 through 11 as they likely bring in the most profits.Adidas Yeezy Boost Mist Reflective Resale   Via StockX

So the pair may earn you a few decent bucks. The question however is, should you hold it or sell it? Well let’s take a look at some past reflective variants and make a more critical analysis.
