April Skateboards X Nike SB Dunk Low : November Release

Shane O̵7;Neill established April Skateboards in Spring 2019. Despite its youth, the team has achieved significant success in rider acquisition, tournament placement, and public perception over the past four years. An upcoming collaboration with Nike SB Dunk Low is expected to garner unprecedented attention for the emerging skate team.

April Skateboards brings together seasoned veterans like Guy Mariano and rising stars like Rayssa Leal. In their inaugural Nike SB project, the brand blends the classic and contemporary on the cherished silhouette. Born in 2002 from Peter Moore’s modified 1985 basketball sneaker, the vision of April Skateboards introduces suede, mesh, and leather to the uppers. Vibrant blue overlays, silver-finished aglets, profile swooshes, and co-branding on the spines enliven the sneaker. The fourth month is engraved on the lateral heel, solidifying O’Neill’s association with Nike Skateboarding. Icy-finished outsoles complement the upper, revealing rich blue details underneath.
