Nike Air Max Flyknit Venture Flyknit Venture

The Nike Air Max design team has been increasingly creative with recent models, incorporating motifs from internal Nike sub-brands and current fashion trends. Joining the lineup is the Nike Air Max Flyknit Venture, revealed in black/brown last November.

The Flyknit Venture is a bit of a puzzle in terms of categorization. It features hiking shoe elements, such as a robust midsole that visually suggests readiness for ACG-style hiking. Yet, with its Flyknit exterior, it also aligns with a casual lifestyle, reminiscent of the Air Max Scorpion.

The upcoming model debuts in platinum violet, featuring a silver wavy stripe reminiscent of the Air Max 97 design. Functional pull tabs on the tongue and heel suggest outdoor use. Brown and green roped lace wraps around the shoe, though its function is unclear. The TPU mudguard underneath enhances stability, and the oversized midsole showcases visible air bubbles.

No release date is confirmed, but stay tuned for updates as Nike gears up for Air Max Day in March.
