Ever since 1992, the Swoosh has been the official marketing partner with the American Basketball Association which gives Nike 90 percent control of the US basketball shoe market retail.

This isn’t the first time the NBA and Nike are collaborating either. The duo has remained busy and has partnered up to work on various Nike sneakers including multiple Air Force 1 Lows, LeBron 11s, a Kobe 4, a Nike SB Dunk High, and also, an SB Dunk Low.

This Nike SB Dunk Low features a color scheme that we’ve seldom seen before. The upper is shrouded with a Deep Royal Blue hue, covering the toe boxes that are devoid of perforations, side panels, Swooshes, and Heel overlays. Even the laces, nylon tongues, and heel embroidery indulge in this regal color tone. Titular midsoles and outsoles complete the look.

This pair features a “Chicago”-like colorway with sail underlays on the toe boxes, side panels, and throats while Chile Red hues appear on the toes, and eye stays. Black leather covers the side Swooshes, heel overlays, and heel tabs that wear red “Nike” embroidery.

Hints at the NBA’s 75^th anniversary show up on the bottom laces that wear silver lace Deubrés with diamond encryptions along with grey tongues that feature special callouts for the celebration.

Crisp white midsoles and Chile Red outsoles finish off the design.
