Jordan 4 Retro Metallic Red

- Release Date: Saturday, June 20th, 2020

We are going to save the details on the sneaker for when we get to the Metallic Purple, but it’s pretty clear why these sneakers do so well on the resell market.
They are clean, they are cut, and they can easily make an outfit. With a retail of $190, which is admittedly high, you should be able to scrape around $400 profit!
Jordan 4 Retro Metallic Green

- Average Resell Price: $500

Obviously a very similar pair, but this time with green accents. With a majority of the sneaker being white, it’s really the accents that determine how you style the sneaker.
Of course, wearing these with jeans and any sort of green top is the simplest combination, but this collection of sneakers allows for a lot of creativity in terms of styling!
Jordan 4 Retro Metallic Purple
- Retail Price: $190
- Average Resell Price: $482
- Release Date: Wednesday, May 20th, 2020
- Style Code: CT8527-115
Here we go, the main event! This sneaker, in my opinion, is the cleanest of the collection.
This sneaker features an all-white upper with leather throughout and the standard Jordan 4 netting on the underlays.
The sneaker features noticeable purple accents on the eyelets, Jordan logo, air bubble, and tongue liner that contrast with the blank slate that is the rest of the shoe.
With a retail of $190 and an average resell price of $482, these sneakers (like the rest of the metallic collection) bring in a ton of profit. If you get a chance to purchase a pair for anything below resell, I would highly recommend buying
It should also be noted that the GS sizes of this sneaker have an average resell price of $491, higher than the regular sizes. This collection, and this sneaker specifically, have a ton of value and demand behind them!
How to Spot Fakes
With sneakers like these, the chances of there being a large fraudulent market are high. These pairs do bring in large profits, and it’s these kinds of fake shoes that sell the most.
Here are the top ways to spot fakes:
- Price – if it’s too good to be true, it probably is (this is the biggest tell!)
- Nike/Jordan logos – this is the most common places where companies will get lazy!
- Sneaker tags – everything should be centered and all the information should be correct.
#1 TIP: Find a pair to compare with. You will always be able to tell a fake from an authentic pair if you have a pair that you know is 100% legit!
What’s Next?
There aren’t any foreseeable Metallic 4 releases, but don’t let that discourage you! This colorway has been a hit for a few years and shows no signs of stopping!
Keep your eyes peeled and your fingers fast because more releases will be coming, and more people will have woken up to the potential profits!
