Concepts – Who are they?
So who is this brand that Nike is collaborating with? Concepts is a footwear and apparel boutique based out of Boston which is predominantly known for its sneaker collaborations. One of their most popular collabs was with Nike SB, where the duo released the Lobster SB Dunk Low series.
Concepts is one of the most in-demand collaborators in the sneaker industry. Concepts also has locations in New York and Dubai.
Let’s take a look at how the Lobster series performed on the resale market.
Nike SB Dunk Low Concepts Purple Lobster
Release Date: December 2018
Retail Price: $130
Current Resale Value: $734
Peak Resale Value: $1028
Nike SB Dunk Low Concepts Green Lobster
Release Date: December 2018
Retail Price: $100
Current Resale Value: $754
Peak Resale Value: $1350
The Lobster series featured two sneakers in a vivid purple and a green colorway each. Im personally a bigger fan of the purple lobsters and they seem to be the more popular choice too in terms of the high demand and sales quantity. The white laces with the black sole and purple upper just add that whole new dynamic to the sneaker which the green just doesn’t do (for me at least).
Regardless of my personal preference, both of the sneakers have been performing outstandingly on the resale market. Even after 2 years of the initial release, people are still searching and paying heavy bucks to get their hands on the lobster series. You won’t see many people sporting the lobster because most just buy it for their personal collections and don’t want to risk the wear and tear.
Now let’s take a look at the monstrosity that is Concepts x Nike SB Dunk “Turdunken”.
Nike SB Dunk High Concepts Turdunken – Details

The Turdunken has a thanksgiving vibe to it but you already may have figured that out with the features of a mallard duck, iridescent colors, feather-like textures, and an orange sole. The sneaker has a light blue swoosh on the laterals with the tongue featuring the “Nike Dunk Pro” label on it.
When Concepts launches the pair on the 14th of November, customers will get the sneaker in an exclusive turkey oven-inspired box that comes packaged with Nike Dri-FIT chicken foot socks, turkey wrapping paper, and a turkey leg Nerf vortex football.
Alongside the sneaker, an apparel capsule will also drop alongside the shoes which will include beanies, tee, and flannel jacket, all of which will range from $46-$285.

Nike SB Dunk High Concepts Turdunken – Resale Price
Now we get down to business. Since this is a highly anticipated drop, the resale price is profitable, to say the least. At the moment, we are seeing the sneaker resell at approximately $740, and the Bid and Ask prices indicate that the resale price can go much higher. The Ask prices are well above $1000 but since the Bids are at around $700, we expect the demand side to be stronger.
Therefore, according to our estimates, the resale price of the Nike SB Dunk High Concepts Turdunken is $750-$850. With a retail price of $120, these are massive profits for only one release.
