Jordan 1 High Zoom Air CMFT 2 Teyana Taylor just dropped this June 1, and it looks amazing on how they want to visualize the inspiration of
“A Rose from Harlem”;. Not only the creativity is on point, but it is also another red and white combo colorway like the “lost and found”.

Teyana Taylor, a multi-talented artist, is signed to Kanye West’s GOOD Music label. She lent her vocals to West’s acclaimed album “My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy” in 2010, and her studio album “K.T.S.E.” (Keep The Same Energy) gained significant praise from critics, debuting at No. 17 on the Billboard 200 in 2018.

This is just only the start of June, and there are a lot of hot releases from Nike SB Dunk Low, Jordan 1, and New Balance.

What is Teyana Taylor’s impact on the sneaker industry?

Teyana Taylor was one of the first female artists to showcase the Jordan Brand’s first new women’s collection last 2020.

The Air Jordan 1 High Zoom CMFT is a contemporary reinterpretation of Michael Jordan’s legendary inaugural signature shoe. In case you haven’t deduced it yet, “CMFT” is an abbreviation for “comfort,” emphasizing its focus on providing a comfortable wearing experience.

Launched in April 2022 by Jordan Brand, the Air Jordan 1 High Zoom Air CMFT Crater Purple joined the lineup of Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT offerings. Its standout feature, distinguishing it from the Jordan 1, is the full-length Zoom unit in the sole, providing enhanced comfort with its softer and more responsive cushioning.

The design showcases a white leather base with overlaid purple accents and cut-out swooshes. Additionally, the shoe boasts Zoom Air branded tongues, black wings, a rubber outsole atop a Nike speckled white midsole, and collars.

The modified Air Jordan 1 by Taylor showcases a color scheme reminiscent of the “Chicago” style, but with personalized touches.

To begin with, the left shoe’s tongue label replaces the traditional branding with “TEY,” solidifying Taylor’s place within the Jumpman family. Additionally, the profile swooshes feature zig-zag stitching that beautifully echoes the rose-like swooshes found elsewhere on the pair.

The ankle flaps’ undersides proudly display the message “A Rose from Harlem,” while the custom shoe box pays homage to Taylor’s concept. Lastly, the reworked sole unit boasts a two-tone outsole that harmonizes with the rest of the Air Jordan retro design.
