Jordan Brand often recreates certain colorways for the general public in order to appeal to its followers who are interested in player exclusives.

This has happened before, most notably with the Air Jordan 5 “Apple Green,” which was evocative of a very rare Oregon PE which is insanely profitable and currently resells for whopping high prices. It has now happened once again with the recently-discovered Air Jordan 5 “Aqua” hue.

Unofficially paying tribute to one of Chris Paul’s exclusives, the sneakers are releasing this January. The mid-foot is designed with transparent netting, and the nubuck uppers are constructed with solid black backgrounds.
